Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of underwriting, healthcare finance, pricing, consulting, actuarial, or related experience.
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to underwriting managers.
• Develops and executes ASO pricing and margin strategies with leadership.
• Oversees and coordinates workflow for the underwriting team.
• Ensures financial responses to RFPs are complete and accurate.
• Consults with Legal and Client Engagement on terms and caveats.
• Maintains SOPs and tracks bids, enabling efficiency improvements.
• Provides support to Blue Plan Leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
