Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related field; HS diploma required
• 8 years of underwriting, healthcare finance, pricing, or related experience
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to underwriting managers
• Develop ASO pricing and margin strategies with leadership
• Coordinate underwriting workflow and responses to RFPs
• Ensure SOPs are followed and staffing/productivity metrics are managed
• Consult with Legal and Client Engagement on contract terms and disclosures
• Support Blue Plan Leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Other duties as assigned
