Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director Underwriting to lead multiple underwriting teams, drive pricing strategy, and oversee financial analysis and RFP responses. This remote role partners with senior leadership to influence business strategy and deliver sustainable financial outcomes.

The position requires advanced underwriting acumen, executive communication skills, and a track record of leading teams in healthcare finance. Remote work is supported with national scope considerations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 8 years of underwriting/healthcare finance or related experience.
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Provides strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to underwriting managers.
• Develops and executes ASO pricing and margin strategies.
• Oversees underwriting workflow and coordination.
• Ensures accurate financial responses to all RFPs.
• Ensures contracts terms and caveats are properly documented and aligned with underwriting.
