Job summary

API Delevan, Inc. is seeking a Director, Project Management – Transformation & Execution to lead enterprise-wide strategic programs that drive growth, manufacturing optimization, and supply chain resiliency across the Automation & Motion Control segment.

You will translate strategy into execution through governance, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of leadership in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience leading large cross-functional, strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic programs that drive growth and transformation.
• Develop and execute project plans with governance, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Establish program standards, tools, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide updates to executives on progress and risks.
• Identify risks and manage constraints to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead change management for new processes, systems, and capabilities.
• Develop executive communications, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive accountability for project execution and measurable business results.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to remove barriers and accelerate objectives.
• Define and execute manufacturing footprint strategies and capacity plans.
• Lead network optimization and capex alignment with business goals.
• Develop long-range capacity planning models and scenario analyses.
• Support capacity growth, product transitions, and technology adoption.
• Evaluate sourcing strategies and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop capital investment roadmaps and business cases.
