Job summary

WuXi Biologics is seeking a Director-level candidate to serve as the primary technical architect for DP, combination products, and clinical supply services. The role focuses on technical strategy and solution design, translating scientific capabilities into high-value client consultations.

You will bridge development, manufacturing, and device engineering teams to provide risk assessment and program architecture, with heavy client interaction and project leadership in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with sterile fill-finish and clinical supply chain experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions at an executive level and translate data into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical advisor for complex programs; advise on formulation, process development, clinical supply logistics, and combination products.
• Design end-to-end manufacturing solutions for clients, ensuring feasibility and alignment with WuXi's capabilities.
• Lead technical discussions during client site visits and capability presentations to resolve queries and build trust.
• Develop and execute global market promotion strategies for WuXi's technical portfolio and differentiators.
• Customize high-impact technical promotion materials reflecting WuXi's technical excellence.
• Provide high-level technical oversight to ensure proper scoping and de-risking of client programs.
• Operate as an independent technical function aligned with WuXi's technical/operational roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain an independent GDPO technical tracking dashboard leading client interactions to program initiation.
• Synthesize market feedback to influence capacity planning, device development, and service innovation strategies.
