Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Director-level Technical Program Manager for the Cloud Service Provider (ISG CSP) segment in Morrisville, NC. You will own end-to-end program delivery for Tier‑1 CSP customers, guiding product development, NPI, and mass production readiness while ensuring customer success.

You will partner with development, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and sales to drive on-time, on-budget execution and strategic engagement across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in compute, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware.
• Direct experience managing Tier‑1 CSP or global OEM customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of flagship server, storage, and GPU programs for CSP customers.
• Drive design reviews, DFMEA/DFS validation, risk mitigation, and schedule governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, procurement and sales.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget program execution meeting revenue and customer commitments.
