Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic partner relationships with employee benefit consultants and national brokers.
• Develop and maintain annual partner strategies, operating calendars, forecasts, account maps, and executive engagement plans.
• Support national partnership agreements including pricing, referral fees, and performance guarantees with cross-functional teams.
• Translate partner priorities and market feedback into sales enablement, product positioning, and market development.
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and partner satisfaction within budget and compliance parameters.
