Visa is seeking a Director on the Community Sales team for the East Region. This remote role drives revenue growth with banks and credit unions across MI, IN, OH, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, and FL, guiding long-term payments strategies at the executive level.

This role requires top-tier negotiation, executive communication, and a proven ability to close complex deals, with emphasis on pipeline, contracts, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise sales experience within payments or financial services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior executives and build trusted partnerships.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth for East region banks and credit unions.
• Act as Visa's face to clients, delivering value and strategic insights.
• Negotiate contracts and structure partnerships to close deals efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with product, marketing, and risk.
• Represent Visa at industry events and speak with executive audiences.
