Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Small Business Sales Specialist for the North American market. You will lead the SMB go-to-market strategy, work with issuer partners and new channels, and build a strong sales pipeline to close high-potential SMB deals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure aligned resources and successful execution, driving growth across SMB portfolios and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and payments ecosystem.
• Ability to build enterprise relationships with unfamiliar partners.
• Ability to drive strategic direction in a heavily matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy across North America for SMB, expanding Mastercard footprint.
• Partner with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients and close deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure resources and alignment for SMB initiatives.
• Develop scalable SMB growth strategies and create compelling client materials and use-case content.
