Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE, platform, or related fields.
• 4+ years leading SRE/engineering teams.
• Experience with 24/7 on-call operations for large-scale systems.
• Hands-on ability to read, write, and deploy software in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SRE teams for reliability, performance, and health of large-scale systems.
• Define technical direction for infrastructure, deployment, and operational practices.
• Drive complex initiatives from proposal through postmortem.
• Investigate instability in high-traffic distributed systems and implement fixes.
• Improve tooling, monitoring, alerts, and incident-response processes.
