Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director to lead enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA in the US as part of the #FutureFresenius initiative. You will align global standards with local regulatory and operational needs, directing resources through planning, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

The role partners with senior leaders, IT, Validation and external partners, ensuring governance, readiness, and measurable value realization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management or closely related field.
• 12+ years in ERP deployment or transformation leadership in complex environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and multi-country rollouts; regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment and ELEVATE solutions across countries.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies adhering to local needs and compliance.
• Establish and lead deployment governance, readiness, and performance monitoring.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and cutover planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution, and quality milestones.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Manage hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to support organizations.
• Identify, escalate, and manage deployment risks and dependencies to leadership.
• Improve deployment methods, templates, and best practices across waves.
• Champion communications and change management to drive adoption.
