Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and waves.
• Direct translation of Global Template into scalable deployment plans balancing global standardisation with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with decision structures, readiness, escalation, quality controls, and monitoring.
• Drive readiness and adoption by aligning leaders, mobilising resources, and ensuring training and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security models, testing cycles, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Lead hyper-care and transition to sustainment, with issue resolution and business continuity.
