Ladders is seeking a Director, Respiratory Patient Experience & Access Marketing Lead to shape patient experience and access marketing for a respiratory portfolio. This leadership role collaborates across teams to align payer dynamics, patient support, and brand strategy with commercial objectives.

The position is remote for US-based candidates (visa sponsorship not available) with a compensation range of $199,390 to $269,763 annually.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with significant leadership experience in healthcare marketing.
• Experience managing people or leading teams and projects (minimum four years).
• Experience in patient access, access marketing, or brand marketing in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payer dynamics and patient access barriers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the patient experience strategy for the respiratory portfolio.
• Integrate patient support priorities into brand strategy and planning.
• Design future-state patient and HCP journeys for the respiratory portfolio.
• Chair the monthly portfolio journey council to review performance and drive improvements.
• Govern intake and prioritization of portfolio requests and assess their value.
• Use insights to identify unmet needs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with capability leaders to translate portfolio needs into service requirements.
