Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Director of Referral Management in a remote capacity to lead system-wide RM initiatives for the T-5 TRICARE West Region.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, U.S. Citizenship, and 5+ years in referral management with DoD background clearance potential. Strong leadership and knowledge of the Military Health System are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD background investigation.
• Five years of progressive referral management and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Military Health System and TRICARE.
• Experience in medical management and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational leadership of Referral Management functions and staff.
• Develop strategies to meet referral management objectives.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and guidelines for RM.
• Coordinate with clinical operations to align providers' expectations.
• Create annual RM strategies and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership on targets for operating plan and finances.
