Job summary

Rezolute is seeking a Director, Product Launch Program Management to lead the integrated launch planning for US and priority ex-US markets, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution across commercial, regulatory, medical affairs, supply, and quality.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and supports the Product Launch Lead to ensure strategy is complete, current, and executable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a similar role with broad program management responsibility for a biotech therapeutic; rare disease strongly preferred.
• Hands-on ownership of an integrated launch plan through at least one product launch.
• Experience with ex-U.S. Named Patient Programs, Expanded Access Programs, or ex-U.S. distribution models.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Own a single, authoritative integrated launch plan (ILP) by indication and by market, covering scope, tasks, owners, timelines, critical path, and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Consolidate inputs from Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal, and reconcile conflicts in timing, assumptions, and ownership.
• Manage plan changes through PMO governance, re-baselining when scope or timing changes occur and communicate impacts.
