Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Provider Engagement to shape and execute provider engagement strategies that support performance improvement, quality outcomes, and enterprise priorities. This remote role partners across internal teams and external stakeholders to advance value-based care initiatives across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in value-based care or healthcare strategy with 5+ years in leadership, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in value-based care, population health, or healthcare strategy is required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing supervisors is required.
• Experience leading large-scale provider engagement initiatives across multiple markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead provider engagement strategies to improve performance and align with enterprise goals.
• Drive program implementation and manage timelines effectively.
• Monitor performance trends to achieve quality, cost, and utilization targets.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders, addressing complex challenges.
• Partner with teams to align provider engagement strategies with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in provider engagement.
