Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Provider Partnerships and Payment Innovation to lead the organization’s provider partnership strategy and value-based payment initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing a payment innovation roadmap and advancing adoption across the network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provider stakeholders to strengthen relationships, guide negotiations, and track progress on strategic initiatives in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health Administration, or equivalent.
• Master’s in Business Administration preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in managed care, health plans, or delegated provider organizations.
• Experience with value-based payment strategies and programs.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the strategic payment innovation and value-based payment roadmap.
• Drive adoption of value-based payment programs and lead negotiation support.
• Oversee administration and reporting of all value-based payment programs.
• Direct and supervise staff supporting strategic provider partnership initiatives.
• Implement cross-functional plans to achieve strategic initiatives and communicate progress.
• Track and report on strategic partnerships and tailored network development.
