Waggoner Engineering, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director of Plans & Proposals to lead enterprise proposal development, capture plans and qualifications packages.

The role oversees a matrixed team and drives win-rate improvements across the organization. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end proposal process, logging and reporting, and maintaining the experience archive and boilerplate content.

Formación

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in proposal development, marketing or business development.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses, qualifications-based selections and SF-330 submissions.
• Experience leading and developing proposal or marketing professionals.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and quality-control skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run the enterprise intake for proposal and marketing support and maintain one priority list.
• Lead end-to-end proposal process for RFQs, RFPs, SOQs and other competitive pursuits.
• Facilitate kickoffs, schedules, compliance matrices and deadlines through submission.
• Lead development of compliant, client-focused content and perform strategic editing.
• Oversee interview and presentation prep for shortlisted pursuits and manage resources.
