Walbridge is seeking a Director, Proposal Management and Pricing to lead end-to-end development of competitive proposals and pricing strategy across its commissioning, facilities management & operations, and project management & retrofit service lines. This role will partner with business development, finance, and executive leadership to convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

• Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
• Strong financial acumen: cost estimating, margin analysis, contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission.
• Develop win strategies, outlines, and compliance matrices with business development leads.
• Lead kickoff meetings, storyboard sessions, and production schedules with contributors.
• Write and position technical and management content for client evaluation criteria.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, resumes, and graphics.
• Coordinate subcontractor inputs for consistent, compliant submissions.
• Oversee final production, formatting, and on-time delivery.
• Support oral presentations and interviews when pursuits advance.
