Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• 4-5 years of professional business development experience in tax, financial, or consulting services.
• Proven ability to develop internal relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales KPIs, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tax law concepts and translating client needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Manage a large portfolio of client and prospect accounts as strategic advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Collaborate with service teams to pursue mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Lead proposals and SOW creation to articulate client needs and DMA’s value.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality project and relationship management to ensure client retention.
• Contribute to broader BD team through collaborative tasks.
