Collision Partners Group is seeking a Director, PMO to build project-management, business-transformation, and management-reporting capabilities enabling scalable growth. This role will launch the Integration PMO, aligning milestones, budgets, risks, and decisions while providing executive visibility across acquisitions and strategic programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or related roles.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to results.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on BI/analytics capability with Power BI, Tableau, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the PMO, including the Integration PMO, ensuring clear milestones, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide executive-level reporting and drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and more.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decisions.
• Structure complex problems, translate analysis into action, and sustain improvements across the organization.
