Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy preferred.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing people, processes, or projects.
• Licensed Pharmacist (Pennsylvania).

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy practice, medication use process, and transitions of care for Geisinger patients.
• Mentor and lead staff; drive engagement and team dynamics.
• Develop and implement new programs; monitor quality and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders on medication management initiatives.
