This remote leadership role partners with regional leaders, compliance, implementation, technology teams, and other cross-functional partners to standardize processes, optimize performance, and drive regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and an active license.
• 7–10+ years of progressive pharmacy operations experience.
• Experience leading in complex environments (long-term care, institutional, or similar).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to pharmacy sites and locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the pharmacy operating system across the network.
• Standardize policies, workflows, and management routines.
• Identify gaps with regional leaders and translate into practical solutions.
• Lead performance reviews, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable field processes.
• Develop tools and scorecards to measure pharmacy performance against standards.
• Support deployment of new programs, workflows, and technology across sites.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Implementation, Technology, and other teams.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to sustained adoption.
