Job summary

Navitus is seeking an experienced Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. You will lead reconciliation, MAC pricing, and pricing governance to ensure contracted rates translate into measurable financial outcomes.

You will partner with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with results, oversee post-contract performance, and guide teams toward reconciliation excellence and corrective actions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive PBM, healthcare plan, or pharmacy network experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network Reconciliation with accountability for validating performance vs contracted rates and guarantees.
• Own reconciliation outcomes across all lines of business and ensure accurate financial settlement.
• Monitor, report, and drive corrective actions for network performance vs targets.
