EarnIn seeks a Director of People Programs, Strategy, and Operations to shape how the People team operates at scale. You will own the operating model, cross-functional cadences, dashboards, and systems that support the function. This remote role requires occasional travel to Mountain View HQ.

The New York Metro base salary range for this full-time position is $201,000-$246,000, plus equity and benefits. EarnIn emphasizes data-driven decision making and transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Operations with scale-building track record.
• Ability to design infrastructure and programs that scale.
• Comfort with ambiguous, cross-functional work with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model for the People team including cadences and dashboards.
• Lead end-to-end planning of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and surveys.
• Drive cross-cutting transformation initiatives for People leadership.
• Coordinate project management and knowledge management across sub-teams.
• Identify and implement AI and automation to modernize workflows.
• Act as liaison between People, ELT, Finance, Legal, and IT on initiatives.
