Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare product management, healthcare analytics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of payer network optimization experience and value-based care design.
• 5+ years productizing analytics, benchmarks, models, or AI-enabled insights into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Network Optimization product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercialization within Value Connect.
• Prioritize high-value use cases across network strategy, access, provider performance, referrals, and cost-of-care improvement.
• Translate analytics and simulations into trusted decision-support workflows for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, actuarial, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Ensure explainable AI insights and ROI-aligned recommendations for clients.
