Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking a Director, Partner Sales to lead the third-party reseller and indirect sales channel, driving growth, performance, and customer experience from sale to installation.

This remote role requires residency in a state where Point Broadband operates and offers strategic leadership, partner development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, cable, wireless, or related industry.
• 5+ years managing indirect sales, dealer, reseller, or third-party sales channels in FTTH.
• Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver subscriber, revenue, and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall third-party reseller and indirect sales strategy.
• Lead the Partner Sales Manager team with clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Establish monthly execution plans to deliver subscriber, revenue, penetration, and productivity targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership of reseller partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations and Sales to launch growth initiatives.
