Job summary

TriplePoint is hiring a Director of Business Operations & Transformation to turn strategy into execution across Operations, IT, HR and Finance. You will lead operating model design, process improvement, and technology enablement to drive scalable, measurable results.

You will partner with executives to set priorities, manage large transformation programs, and establish governance, KPIs, and dashboards supporting data‑driven decisions. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, transformation, or continuous improvement.
• 5+ years leading teams or multi‑site programs.
• Experience directing operational strategies in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business operations and transformation strategies aligned with growth priorities.
• Partner with leaders to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Evaluate operating models and processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Build and advance governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
