Job summary

TriplePoint is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Transformation in the Grand Prairie area (preferred) with travel to Cincinnati or Richmond. This role partners with executives to turn strategy into scalable operating models and technology-enabled processes, driving performance across multi-site businesses.

You will lead transformation initiatives, develop KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures, and guide change management to ensure sustainable impact and organizational capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, operational excellence, or transformation.
• 5+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-business, decentralized orgs.
• Track record of large-scale transformation and technology implementation.
• Knowledge of process mapping, optimization, and performance management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to turn data into insights.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/BI platforms and related tech transformations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional initiatives with clear scope and resources.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and accelerate decision-making.
• Foster collaboration across operating companies and functions.
