Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations and performance improvement in provider settings.
• 5+ years managing multi-site consulting programs with budgets > $10M.
• Proven sales success in consulting with $1.5M in new business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with hospital executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical effectiveness and operational optimization programs.
• Manage multiple workstreams to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
• Develop methodologies for practice-wide application across client strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Identify industry issues and formulate practice responses.
• Mentor staff on client assignments and provide leadership within the practice.
• Direct business development activities and contribute to the consulting practice's evolution.
