Job summary

TFS HealthScience seeks a Director of Business Development - Oncology to lead strategy and client retention. You will coordinate BD activities, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and drive sales in a defined territory, while working from home in Germany. Strong network in Oncology and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

You will collaborate with the CDS Oncology team and TFS operations to align proposals, budgets, and client needs. Travel will be required to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum seven years in clinical research and/or sales.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with customer focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop business development strategy and client retention in assigned territory.
• Coordinate activities for the business development staff.
• Meet annual sales goals and identify opportunities via RFIs/RFPs.
• Prepare for sponsor meetings and presentations.
• Record activities in CRM and monitor pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to manage scope and budgets.
• Travel as required to cover the territory and company meetings.
