Job summary

WestPoint Financial Group is seeking a Director of Operations for a highly visible, client-facing, part-time role (30 hours/week) remote from anywhere in the United States. You will lead daily operations, onboarding, and collaboration with attorneys, accountants, and insurance carriers to deliver a coordinated wealth‑planning service.

Compensation includes $28–$30/hour and a discretionary annual bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience required.
• Experience supporting a financial advisor or wealth management firm preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, account opening, and workflows.
• Knowledge of investment and insurance products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for client service needs.
• Manage client onboarding and investment/insurance account openings.
• Coordinate communication with insurance carriers and underwriters.
• Prepare meeting materials and schedule appointments.
• Maintain reporting, data integrity, and workflows across systems.
• Support and improve existing business processes and procedures.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage projects and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Utilize technology and AI tools to improve productivity and client service.
