You will shape planning decisions, partnering with cross-functional teams to merge market, disease, and product insights. You will present scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership to drive confident business choices.

The role demands leadership, advanced Excel-based models, and strong communication as you influence brands and campaigns across the US market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial forecasting, insights and analytics, financial planning, or management consulting in biopharma.
• Direct experience in market, disease area, and product forecasting.
• Proven ability to build Excel-based forecast models and P&Ls.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact forecasting projects independently or with minimal supervision.
• Lead the forecasting process, develop scenarios and present to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain forecast and P&L models for marketed indications.
• Engage cross-functional teams for diverse business perspectives.
• Shape consulting projects with insights and analytics teams.
• Create strategic analytics to support global molecule and brand teams.
• Maintain product factbook and track market trends.
