Ladders is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead forecasting, analytics, and reporting within a specialty medical device space. This remote US-based role emphasizes hands-on leadership, pragmatically driving execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The position focuses on driving AI-enabled workflows, strengthening commercial infrastructure, and elevating operational discipline across teams. Strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial/sales roles with 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on player-coach with team management experience.
• Forecasting, analytics, and Power BI reporting expertise.
• Experience managing GPO and IDN agreements in specialty medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Operations team while contributing to day-to-day work.
• Oversee monthly and long-range forecasting, including revenue and quota analysis.
• Maintain BI and reporting environment with Power BI dashboards.
• Promote AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Launch and drive a dedicated contract lifecycle management program.
