Responsibilities include leading strategic direction, developing pricing strategies, coordinating workflows, and supporting executive leadership in high-stakes negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of underwriting, healthcare finance, pricing, consulting, actuarial, or related experience.
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Advanced underwriting and financial acumen, including modeling for pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to underwriting managers.
• Develop ASO pricing and margin strategies with leadership.
• Oversee and coordinate underwriting team workflow.
