Job summary

Huge is seeking a Director Technology to provide strategic technical leadership across complex digital engagements, shaping architecture and delivery from concept through implementation. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable solutions, while establishing strong engineering practices and standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, and digital product development.
Deep understanding of modern web architecture including frontend, backend, APIs, cloud apps, headless CMS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI, including LLMs and related platforms.
Proven experience with technical strategy, architecture, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery.
Experience leading and mentoring global, cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define technology strategies, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and technical approaches for complex digital products and platforms.
Lead end-to-end technology delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud applications, and headless CMS platforms.
Provide technical direction on modern web architectures and API ecosystems.
