Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• 7+ years designing and building solutions using distributed computing or SOA.
• 3+ years building distributed systems using cloud computing (AWS).
• 3+ years building scalable products and platforms.
• 3+ years experience with Agile delivery.
• 3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs delivering on critical business goals.
• Develop TPM maturity through operating models and metrics.
• Align program roadmaps with business objectives and dependencies.
• Drive cross-platform investment planning and architectural alignment.
• Act as escalation point for program risks and tradeoffs.
• Ensure measurable platform outcomes: availability, scalability, cost efficiency, developer velocity.
