Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM/Delivery strategy: establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling that scale across portfolios
• Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse
• Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks, influencing technology leaders to make data-driven tradeoffs between speed, cost and resiliency
• Ensure definition of measurable outcomes of platform success (availability, scalability, cost efficiency, developer velocity) and ensure delivery accountability across multiple engineering teams
