PadSplit, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead QA, IT & internal tooling, and Security.

This hands-on leadership role sets strategy and owns outcomes across these areas, driving automation, proactive enablement, and a structured risk-based security program. You will inherit teams, shape roadmaps, coach personnel, and partner with executives to translate technical tradeoffs into clear business decisions, while ensuring fast, reliable technology operations that support

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multiple technology operations functions.
• Proven modernization of manual processes into scalable systems.
• Strong QA knowledge including test automation and CI/CD.
• Hands-on AWS experience to inform QA, IT, and Security decisions.
• Solid IT operations grounding across IAM/SSO, SaaS, and security tooling.
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks and evaluating architecture.
• Business judgment for build-vs-buy and vendor decisions.
• Executive communication translating technical risks to business terms.

Responsibilities

• Set QA strategy and quality metrics integrated in the lifecycle.
• Modernize testing with automation, CI/CD quality gates.
• Scale with AI tools for test generation and triage.
• Develop and coach QA, IT, and Security teams.
• Modernize IT tools, workflows, and SaaS portfolio.
• Establish IT service standards, SLAs, and self-service resources.
• Lead security roadmap across apps, infra, and vendor risk.
• Oversee incident response and blameless postmortems.
