Job summary

YipitData, a leading market research firm, seeks a Director of Strategic Data Partnerships to scale a growing partnerships motion. This senior IC role sits at the crossroads of corporate development, strategy, and product.

You will identify exclusive, long-cycle data partnerships and work directly with CEOs and executives to build alignment, drive product value, and shape long-term strategy. This is an executive, non-legacy sales path.

Qualifications

• Director-level or equivalent experience in enterprise sales or partnerships.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and align on strategy.
• Track record of evaluating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, long-cycle environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate data partnerships with high strategic and product value.
• Engage directly with CEOs and senior executives to assess opportunity and alignment.
• Lead discovery and diligence on data quality, defensibility, and product fit.
• Develop strategic and economic business cases for partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute complex, enterprise-level agreements, including exclusives.
• Coordinate with legal, product, compliance, engineering, and leadership.
• Prioritize opportunities and decide when to pursue, pause, or walk away.
