Job summary

YipitData is seeking an Associate Director of Product Development to lead discovery, development, and delivery of innovative data products that expand revenue and deepen client engagement. You will shape product strategy, evaluate datasets for commercialization, and collaborate with partnerships and revenue teams.

This role supports remote work within the United States, with US hubs and NYC headquarters; equity and a competitive base salary plus bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of alternative data experience
• Proven track record developing alt-data research or feed products
• Customer-facing or buy-side exposure and understanding of financial client needs
• Customer-centric product thinking guided by data and feedback

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building new alt-data products across sectors/verticals
• Evaluate and source new datasets for potential commercialization
• Collaborate with Partnerships to source datasets and build data-partner relationships
• Understand user workflows through client interviews and Revenue-team collaboration
• Set product strategy to maximize value from YipitData's data and research
• Communicate progress and roadmaps clearly to stakeholders
• Possibly manage or build a team of Product Development Analysts
