You will direct distribution, HUB services, and patient support programs while coordinating with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Regulatory teams to align with the product launch plan. The role requires 5–7 years in specialty model development/operations, with a PharmD or MBA and proven leadership of

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree is required or preferred for the role.
• Experience with ultra-rare or specialty therapies and complex reimbursement.
• Cross-functional collaboration across brand marketing, access strategy, and patient services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies for specialty product launch.
• Oversee specialty distribution, hub capabilities and pharmacy services.
• Manage governance across specialty pharmacy, distribution, HUB services, and providers.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor launch performance and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
