Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director of Specialty Operations to lead the launch of a ultra-rare specialty product.

This role will oversee distribution, hub capabilities, and pharmacy services, aligning with brand strategy and patient access programs. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and cross-functional teams to ensure reimbursement readiness, patient engagement, and smooth delivery workflows across sites of care.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex reimbursement and specialty product operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies for specialty product launch.
• Oversee specialty distribution, hub capabilities, and pharmacy services.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Access Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance across vendors and institutional stakeholders for patient visibility.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor launch performance and patient outcomes.
