This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with strategic oversight to ensure security, reliability, and innovation across internal platforms and customer engagements. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and act as a technical authority for both internal initiatives and external client projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of software/engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience leading engineering teams and directing complex initiatives.
• Strong background in distributed systems and secure architectures.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make high-impact decisions.
• Excellent communication with customers at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for internal product development.
• Architect, design, and oversee secure, scalable systems.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, including senior and junior developers.
• Serve as a technical director on contract work with customer interactions.
• Establish engineering best practices and long-term technical roadmaps.
• Align product strategy with mission and customer needs.
• Support deployment, integration, and troubleshooting in remote environments.
