Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to the development managers and teams.
Own go/no-go release decisions and manage patch risk across multi-version trains.
Own escalations end to end and drive root-cause analysis across teams.
Lead incident response for customer-impacting issues crossing team boundaries.
Champion continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling.
