Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Software Development to lead our software teams and evolve legacy applications into modern, scalable platforms. You will drive Agile delivery, establish KPIs, and partner with product owners and enterprise architects to meet internal and external customer needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, cloud-first and AI-enabled development, with a focus on on-time, within-budget delivery and high-quality code across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT management experience and direct leadership of software development teams.
• Experience with modern technologies, architectures, and agile development methods.
• Cloud-first development and microservice architectures.
• Experience using AI tools to improve delivery.
• Experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience applying agile methodologies.
• Experience developing automated testing frameworks and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams and deliver high-quality code.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and leaders from Agile Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
• Build relationships with application business owners to meet needs.
• Develop and maintain an accountable department delivering results.
• Stay current with modern software development technology including AI.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to stakeholders.
• Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
