Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years of IT Management experience, including direct leadership of software development teams.
• Experience with modern technologies, architectures, and agile development methods.
• Cloud-first development and microservice architectures or strategies.
• Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency and delivery accuracy.
• Experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React, etc.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience applying agile methodologies and measurable software quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams to deliver high-quality, on-time software solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners and Agile Delivery to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Develop and implement software development strategies, KPIs, and governance.
• Mentor managers and build a culture of accountability, growth, and performance.
• Stay current with modern tech trends including AI to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and PMO to optimize delivery.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Ensure compliance and security practices are upheld across projects.
