Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in the customer or operations technology field.
• Experience managing technical products and using databases.
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, analysts, and tech super users.
• Drive service optimization via process improvement and automation.
• Own the vision and execution of a complex operational roadmap.
• Act as liaison between business and IT teams on technology deployment.
• Oversee data governance, integration, and analytics definitions.
• Establish standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop business cases and dashboards to monitor progress.
