Job summary

SCAN seeks a Director, Delivery Revenue Performance to oversee revenue cycle across its Care Delivery Affiliates. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and operations to standardize workflows, reduce denials, and implement scalable processes for a multi‑entity system.

Strong leadership and EMR experience are essential to drive automation and performance insights. The role offers a mostly remote work mode with travel required to operating markets, plus a robust bonus program and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare/finance field.
• 5–7 years leading revenue cycle or related healthcare ops.
• Experience across multiple entities and payer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end revenue cycle performance across CDAs and related care delivery entities.
• Design and standardize workflows, controls, and dashboards enterprise‑wide.
• Develop enterprise revenue cycle risk views and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Finance on cash flow forecasting and audit readiness.
• Lead automation, AI‑enabled improvements, and system enhancements.
