ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales - PCHC to drive revenue growth in the food industry through integrated capital equipment solutions. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coordinate with engineering, operations and service, and build a robust pipeline across North America.

You will develop market-driven strategies, manage complex negotiations, and foster long-term customer relationships while aligning with executive goals and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B capital equipment sales and integration in the PCHC market.
• Proven leadership skills as a sales/business development executive within the PCHC, packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated track record of building business and customer relationships.
• Emotional intelligence and adaptability; pricing strategy and margin management.
• CRM, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, consultative sales efforts with PCHC manufacturers and manage a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, service) to deliver turnkey solutions.
• Develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Negotiate and finalize customer agreements and manage key accounts.
• Represent PMIS at tradeshows and association meetings to promote offerings.
